Shipping
- All our products are printed on-demand and most orders take 3-5 business days to be processed.
- Note: Some products might take longer due to the nature of their manufacturing process. Shipping timelines will be clearly indicated in the product’s description.
- Most orders are processed, shipped and delivered within 7 to 12 business days.
- Once your order is processed (3-5 business days), you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
- We charge a nominal shipping fee to cover our costs. You'll see the exact shipping cost for your order before checkout, displayed in your cart.
- We ship only to the continental United States using UPS, Fedex or USPS.

- Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or other US territories
- PO Boxes
- International destinations
- Our system will automatically send you the tracking number for your order.

- If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't worry! Just contact us here with your name and order number, and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
Returns & Refunds
- We want to ensure you're happy with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, just contact us here and we’ll be happy to assist you.Â
- Please note: Do NOT return your items to your school. You must contact us directly to process your exchanges or returns.Â
- Now, regarding our Return Policy, here's what you need to know:
- We offer a 30 Day Return Policy and accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for all orders placed on our website.
- All items must be unused and in their original condition, with labels and tags attached.
- For damaged/defective items or misprints, we'll be happy to replace or refund them free of charge. There are no return fees or charges.
- For all other returns, we charge a 20% restocking fee in addition to return shipping fees which will be deducted from your total refund.

- If your order arrives damaged, just contact us here and we will ship you a replacement item immediately. If you rather return the item for a refund, we can also help you with that.

- Upon receiving your request, we will email you a return shipping label.
- Attach the return label to your shipment and give it to the carrier indicated on the label. Please make sure to package your items securely to avoid any damage during transit.
